The terms governing your use of Two Mates Cleaning services and website.
By booking a service with Two Mates Cleaning ("we", "us", "our") or using our website at twomatescleaning.com.au, you ("the Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not book our services or use our website.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Two Mates Cleaning, governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
Two Mates Cleaning provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to: bond/end-of-lease cleaning, vacate cleaning, carpet steam cleaning, window cleaning, oven and appliance cleaning, regular domestic cleaning, and commercial cleaning. The exact scope of work for each booking will be agreed upon prior to commencement.
We endeavour to provide all services to a professional standard. Our bond cleaning services follow an REIQ-approved checklist. However, cleaning outcomes may vary depending on the condition of the property, pre-existing damage or staining, and other factors outside our control.
Unless otherwise agreed, we supply all necessary cleaning equipment and eco-friendly, hospital-grade cleaning products. Customers are not required to provide any materials.
Bookings can be made via our website, phone or email. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from Two Mates Cleaning. Verbal agreements are not binding until confirmed in writing.
You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking, including property size, number of rooms and bathrooms, access details and any special requirements. Inaccurate information may result in additional charges or rescheduling.
You must ensure our team has safe and unobstructed access to the property at the agreed time. If access cannot be obtained, a cancellation fee may apply (see Section 5).
All quotes provided are estimates based on information supplied at the time of enquiry. Final pricing may vary if the actual scope of work differs from what was described. We will notify you of any variation before commencing additional work.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as agreed. Invoices not paid within 14 days may incur a late payment fee of 1.5% per month.
All prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) at the current Australian rate of 10%, unless stated otherwise.
💡 Price Match: If you receive a written quote for an identical service scope from a comparable, insured Perth cleaning company, contact us and we'll do our best to match it.
You may reschedule your booking at no charge if more than 48 hours notice is provided. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice is subject to availability and may incur a fee equivalent to the cancellation policy above.
In the unlikely event we need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date or a full refund of any deposit paid.
✅ Our guarantee: If your property manager or landlord identifies any cleaning issues covered by the original scope of work, we will return to re-clean those specific areas at no additional cost.
The Bond-Back Guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
The guarantee applies to bond cleaning services only and does not apply to regular domestic, commercial, or other cleaning types.
Two Mates Cleaning carries public liability insurance of up to $5,000,000 AUD. In the event of damage caused directly by our staff, please notify us in writing within 24 hours with photographic evidence.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

All content on the Two Mates Cleaning website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Two Mates Cleaning and protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without prior written permission.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we will make every effort to resolve it promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it may be referred to the relevant consumer protection authority in Western Australia (Consumer Protection, Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and Australia. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of Western Australia.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
